Perryman Painting & Remodeling, Inc. has been proudly serving the Sacramento area for over 25 years because our past customers continue to come back again and again.
We are very selective in hiring our employees and administer a criminal background check for every employee. Most of our employees, especially our crew leaders, have been with us for years. We trust them in the homes of our own friends and relatives.
We make certain to remove all loose and flaking paint from all surfaces. Often, this is done by pressure washing or manually scraping. Sometimes, surfaces have to be scuffed up, abraded, profiled, or even primed to guarantee adhesion. That’s why we take our time where it counts — in the preparation.
Our project manager will make certain to inspect each trades work to make sure it is done correctly before covering it up. In addition, if a permit is required, county or city inspectors will make sure it is to code when work requires a permit.
We offer a ten year guarantee on all painting projects and a one year guarantee on all renovation projects. So, if you notice an issue — small or large — please call our office. We strive to create “customers for life”, so the fact is you can call us any time after your project has been completed!
We use Sherwin-Williams Paint because we have a strong relationship with the brand and they produce quality products. This means if there is ever a manufacturing defect, we know that Sherwin-Williams paints will stand behind our work — and your project. However, we do make exceptions when there are superior products in specific situations or if our customers have a strong product preference.
As with paint, we have several suppliers that we work well with. There are a ton of different products to choose from and sometimes there are specialty items we need. If it’s available, we will get it for you. Before we get started, we will provide you with a shopping list along with recommended suppliers.
Absolutely! We make certain we protect our customers by carrying the appropriate coverages for general liability and workers compensation. Additionally, we are licensed by the state of California and continually seek out industry recognized certifications and designations to add to our customer’s peace of mind.
Sure thing! In fact, on this website, you’ll find a few already! Plus, we leave behind a ‘project book’ for you to view while we are completing your project proposal on-site.
We require a 10% deposit and only take final payment at the end of the project when it is completed and you are 100% happy! The only exceptions are for specialty products or for large material orders.
